Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to:

• Monthly subscription payments
• Annual subscription payments
• Lifetime license purchases
• License key purchases
• Any add-ons or additional features

2. Why No Refunds?

V-Code provides access to AI-powered development tools and services. Once access is granted:

• You immediately gain access to all features of your subscription tier
• AI generation tokens and resources are allocated to your account
• The digital nature of the service makes it impossible to "return" used features

3. Before You Purchase

We encourage you to:

• Use our Free tier to test the application before upgrading
• Read all feature descriptions and limitations carefully
• Contact our support team if you have any questions
• Review system requirements to ensure compatibility

4. Subscription Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Go to your account settings to cancel
• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases of:

• Duplicate charges due to technical errors on our end
• Charges made after you have cancelled your subscription
• Situations required by applicable law

In these cases, please contact support with proof of the issue.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action. Always contact our support team first.
