V-Code is an AI-powered integrated development environment (IDE) designed for FiveM script development. The Service includes:

• AI-assisted code generation and completion
• Code debugging and optimization tools
• Project management features
• Access to various AI models for development assistance

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

V-Code offers a free tier with limited features and usage quotas. Free tier users are subject to daily generation limits.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Premium) provide additional features and higher usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate malicious code, malware, or exploits
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or illegal

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any code or content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Code generated by the AI is provided "as-is" for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and ensuring the suitability of any AI-generated code for your purposes.

6.3 Our Property

V-Code, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, V-CODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
